Privacy Policy

This policy explains how April Sabral Leadership (“we”) handles information in Joy, our AI assistant by text.

Information we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number when you request access.
• The text messages you send Joy and its replies.
• Information you ask Joy to remember, and the tasks and reminders you create.
• Technical records such as message delivery status and the date, time and IP address of your sign-up and consent.

How we use it

Only to provide Joy to you: to understand and answer your messages, remember context you share, send reminders you request, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.

SMS and mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf as described below.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers, under contract, solely to operate the service:

• Twilio — sends and receives text messages.
• Anthropic — processes your messages to generate Joy's replies. Messages are not used to train its models.
• Supabase and Vercel — secure hosting and storage.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access restricted to your own account. We keep your information while your access is active and delete it on request.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. To see or delete your data, or to ask the assistant to forget something, text Joy or contact hello@aprilsabral.com.

Changes

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
